
Conversion specialist (German speaking)
About the role
You’ll be responsible for improving all pages on our German-language website – from product pages and destination guides to inspirational content. Your goal: drive conversions. You’ll analyze user behavior, propose improvements, and implement them yourself, working closely with our marketing and content teams.
👉 Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics
👉 Run A/B tests and optimize content, layout, and UX
👉 Write and edit conversion-focused copy in German
👉 Develop and implement data-driven optimization improvements
👉 Ensure a consistent, persuasive, and user-friendly content experience

What we’re looking for:
🌍 Fluent in German (written and spoken) – essential
🌍 Experience in UX, copywriting, and conversion optimization
🌍 Strong attention to detail and structured working style
🌍 Familiar with Hotjar, Google Analytics, and preferably CMS systems
🌍 Available for at least 24 hours per week, for a period of at least 6 months
